Dress Standard
For the days of the conference,
colleagues may wear smart casual clothing.
For the Chairperson’s Welcome – smart
casual and the Annual dinner – semi formal wear.
Special Requirements
Should you require any specific
assistance please include a notation with your registration from to
enable this to help you.
Name badges
Name badges must be worn at all times as
it is your entry into session and for meals included in registration
fees.
Payment
To attend the conference you can register
by completing a Registration form and returning with required payment.
All amounts are in Australian dollars. Delegates will receive
confirmation of registration. If you do note receive confirmation
consider yourself not registered.
Cheques or bank drafts should be made
payable to Australasian Tissue Banking Forum.
Late registration
All conference and function payments must
be received prior to the conference. Late registration will attract a
10% surcharge if form submitted less than two weeks before meeting. If a payment is not received prior to
the conference you will be required to provide credit card details at
the conference to guarantee payment. This card will be debited if
alternative payment is not received within 14 days.
Cancellation Policy

All
cancellation of attendances must be made in writing to the
organiser.

A
full refund, less cancellation fee of $50, will be made on those
cancellations received two weeks before meeting

No
refund will be given if unable to attend or notification less than
two weeks before meeting.

Those refunds due will be paid on conclusion of the conference.
